Not your average TGIF!

Well as we all have been on our toes wondering what will happen next with the congress it looks like the military will indeed get their full paycheck on the 15th (as of right now) lets all just hope it stays that way!
Been a slightly stressful past few days, my grammie had a fall last week and she is now in a rehab  clinic here in Houston with my grandad making slow progress but glad to have them here and be able to spend some time with them before I jump across the ocean :) Matt finally got to meet Grammie and Grandad via Skype today which was good! They were so intrigued that you have a conversation over the Internet and across the ocean. Please pray for speedy recovery for grammie!
3 more weeks until I head on over! Cant wait!

Bismarckplatz, Heidelberg Germany

Went on somewhat of a tour of downtown today. The Bismarckplatz is a long road with a bunch of shops, pubs, restraunts, cafe's, bakeries, churches, hotels and such. Its foot traffic only and its like 6 miles long haha. It kinda deep ends into the Heidelberg Castle and the Heidelberg bridge. Hope yall enjoy the photos! CANT WAIT TILL MEG GETS HERE AND WE REALLY GO EXPLORING! :)

   Hope all of you that made it out to our big day had fun!! Honeymoon was great!
Well Matt made it to Germany last Tuesday! I am currently still in Houston but will be out there on May 5th! Today I got a call from a 13 digit phone number around 9 am, which had to mean Matt got our house today! :) shortly after he gave me a tour of our flat? (is that what they call they call them in Germany too?) on skype which just makes me more excited to be there and get start unpacking! For a European country our house is actually a great size! 2 bedrooms and 1 bath! I'll have pictures up shortly! Just wanted to make a quick update!! :)
